Athlete Training Programs

Foundations: This if for athletes ages 10-12 and is designed for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to gain a foundation of strength and proper movement. There is a huge emphasis on lifting weights using correct form and reinforcing good movement patterns to ensure athlete safety as they get older and stronger. Through building a strong foundation of speed, agility, balance and strength these athletes will have a definitive edge over their competitors and advance faster as an athlete than their non training peers. this program works with age appropriate weights and training styles in order to build an athletic foundation and stimulate growth.

Developmental 1: This is for athletes ages 13 and up and continues to build from the foundations program. In the D1 program, athletes will dig in to the world of NCAA Division 1 programming and train like collage athletes. D1 will provide athletes with training that develops explosive power, speed, strength, balance, coordination and all levels of conditioning for all sports.

Developmental 2: This is for athletes ages 16 and up and and only runs by request. there is a 4 athlete minimum for D2. This program is sport and position specific. If your athlete wants to improve their sprint speed, vertical jump, throwing velocity, or anything specifically related to their sport and, the position they play in their sport, then this is the program for them.
